Packaging automotive oils across different bottle sizes demands extreme precision and flexibility. Bottles and caps vary, fill volumes must be exact, and the process must operate efficiently within limited space. Any misfill, downtime, or contamination could compromise quality and compliance.

Servo-assisted mechanisms and tool-free format changes allow smooth adaptation between different bottle formats.
The solution is prepared for Industry 4.0 integration, enabling remote monitoring, diagnostics, and data collection via VPN and SQL databases. Production recipes can be stored, modified, and transferred via USB or network, giving operators maximum flexibility and control.
