In order to improve its knowledge and skills, weightpack has chosen to participate in training courses on ISO 9001 quality certification.

Our team attended the course “Becoming experts in UNI EN ISO 9001 quality certification in companies”, financed by the Lombardy Region through European Union funds.

Machinery hygienic design

EHEDG training and certification

Machinery hygienic design

Every year since 2021, Weightpack's engineering department has participated in and renewed the EHEDG training course on hygienic machine design.

The EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group) is a global consortium of food companies, food plant manufacturers, research institutes and public health authorities. It is involved in the development of verification tests that can be used by third parties to evaluate machine hygiene. It is also involved in publishing practical guidelines for food plant manufacturers to comply with international legislation.
