Role profile
Following an initial internal training phase, the candidate will initially be responsible for designing size parts for packaging material handling, with progressive involvement in overall machinery design. This role aims to strengthen the technical team, enriching it with new skills and perspectives.

Requirements

• At least 4–5 years of experience in mechanical design, including in industries other than packaging

• Diploma in mechanical engineering technology or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Inventor or equivalent 3D CAD software

• Lateral thinking skills and an innovative approach

• Team-oriented attitude, good interpersonal skills, and a strong willingness to learn

As part of its efforts to expand its after-sales services, Weightpack—a leading manufacturer of weight-filling machines—is seeking a candidate with technical experience to join its customer support team.

The candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the installation, technical support, maintenance, and upgrades of Weightpack machines at domestic and international customer sites
• Collect and analyze issues reported by customers to direct support effectively and promptly
• Liaise with all relevant stakeholders (customers, company and group offices/departments, technical staff) to ensure a smooth flow of information in site management
• Draft and update documentation related to site management
• Travel to visit active or potential customers in Italy and abroad

The cross-functional nature of the company’s projects means we are looking for candidates with the technical skills necessary to understand the issues raised by customers.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the assembly, maintenance, or programming of automated machines, as well as in construction site management.

Previous experience in the automatic machinery sector is a plus.

To strengthen its After-Sales department, Weightpack—a leading company in the design and manufacture of weight-filling machines for the international market—is seeking a candidate to join the After-Sales team, with a focus on spare parts management and customer support.
The selected candidate will join a well-structured department and will work daily with customers, internal offices, production, and service technicians, helping to ensure fast, accurate, and efficient service.

Main Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
• collecting, analyzing, and managing customer requests regarding Weightpack machine spare parts;
• preparing accurate and complete commercial quotes in line with customer needs;
• managing the entire spare parts order process, from entry into the management system through to fulfillment;
• monitoring shipments and ensuring the customer is kept constantly updated;
• supporting colleagues in managing on-site activities regarding spare parts;
• collaborate with technical, production, logistics, and group companies to ensure the proper availability and supply of spare parts;
• contribute to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and service.

Requirements
• good knowledge of written and spoken English;
• knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus;
• experience using ERP/management systems;

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
• Strong customer-facing skills and a service-oriented mindset;
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities.

Preferred qualifications
• Previous experience in the vending machine or industrial plant engineering sector;
• Basic technical knowledge of mechanical systems;
• Experience in customer service, spare parts, or after-sales roles.
