Once again this year, at the traditional Christmas lunch, our group came together more united than ever. A special moment to stop and reflect together on what really matters: personal dignity, daily commitment and the strength to believe in ourselves.
During the luncheon, our president Carlo Corniani shared a deeply inspiring speech with all of us, talking about the values that underpin our work and motivate us to give our all.
In a particularly significant year, we reinforced the realization that each individual contribution makes a difference and that someone's absence is not just a personal lack, but a void that reflects on all of us.
Carlo emphasized the importance of believing in one's own abilities and potential. “So I tell you that everything is possible, you just have to want it”, he said with conviction. His message is an invitation to always aim higher and is at the same time a reminder to never forget that commitment and determination are at the heart of all success.
The Christmas lunch was an opportunity to share a meal in conviviality; it once again strengthened the bonds that make our work environment unique and allowed each of us to appreciate not only the work we do, but also the people we do it with every day.
For us, it was more than just a tradition; it was a time of shared growth. As we prepare to face the new year, we want to carry with us this positive charge and the knowledge that believing in ourselves is the first step to achieving any project.
As we look to the future, we will strive with even greater professionalism, knowing that our success as a company depends not only on the collective good, but also on the well-being of each of us as employees, colleagues and friends.
