Shared knowledge, collective growth: introducing the Weightpack Training Center

This project began with a simple but powerful idea from our Engineering team: to help colleagues better understand the complexity and passion behind the work they do every day. What started as a team-driven initiative quickly became a company-wide effort to turn technical expertise into a shared resource.
Hands-on, cross-disciplinary training
The Training Center is structured into themed modules covering technical, operational, and organizational topics. Developed with active input from internal teams, these regular and collaborative sessions bring together colleagues from different departments, encouraging open discussion and a broader understanding of how the company operates.
