On December 23, 2025, we gathered at Osteria Cimbriolo in Mantua for our traditional company Christmas lunch. More than 100 colleagues came together to exchange holiday wishes and enjoy a moment of genuine connection beyond daily work routines.
Alongside good food and laughter, the lunch offered an opportunity for shared reflection. Through the management’s speech, we revisited the key milestones achieved throughout 2025, acknowledging collective efforts and looking ahead to the future with clarity and confidence.

During the lunch, we celebrated two important work anniversaries, recognizing the commitment and professional journeys of colleagues who contribute every day to the company’s growth. We also introduced the new framed visuals that will be displayed across our facilities, highlighting the core values of our Code of Ethics.
