On 26 September, Weightpack celebrated its 25th anniversary at Villa Corte Peron, bringing together the people who have helped shape the company over the years.
Twenty-five years offer plenty to look back on: the machines we have built, the customers and markets we have reached, the challenges we have overcome and, above all, the people who have been part of the journey.
But an anniversary is also a moment to look ahead.
Employees and collaborators gathered at Villa Corte Peron for an evening dedicated to celebrating this milestone together.
The evening included a speech by Gianguido Corniani, Weightpack’s General Manager, who reflected on the company’s journey from its beginnings in 2001 to the international group it is today.
Weightpack was born from a strong technical culture and a belief in net weight filling technology. Over the past 25 years, that foundation has grown into an international presence, with operations in the United States, an industrial project in China and continued investment in the Goito headquarters.
Yet, as Gianguido highlighted, the most important thing Weightpack has built over these 25 years cannot be measured in machines, facilities or figures.
It is the people.
“A company is ultimately defined by what its people can achieve together.”
The knowledge, experience and commitment developed across the company are what make it possible to turn ideas into machines, solve complex challenges and support customers around the world. They are also what will carry Weightpack into its next phase of growth.
After the speeches, the evening was all about celebrating together: excellent food, a phenomenal live band and the opportunity to enjoy a few hours away from the everyday pace of work.
It was a celebration of where we have come from, but also of where we are going.
As Gianguido put it:
“Weightpack has built a strong history over the past 25 years, but there are still many chapters ahead to write.”
